All our breads are:
• made in an organic artisanal bakery
• use natural sourdough only
• baked in a wood oven

The flour comes from the Doubs, the Jura and the Côte d¹Or regions. The products are certified organic by Ecocert.

Our breads:
• Spelt
• Small spelt
• with melilot (Click here  Pain au mélilot  to see how bread with melilot is made)
• Rye
• Buckwheat
• “Ficelle” bread stick (with poppy, sesame or sunflower seeds)
• “Fougasse” flat bread
• with fruit

Moreover, the power from the wood oven, the solar panels and the heat-exchanger ensure self-sufficiency in heating and provide some of the electricity needed for the production site.
