Cereal raw bar (vegan)

This cereal raw bar recipe is extremely easy to make and does not need any cooking. It can be easily made with children too.

Recipe
1. Mix oats, pumpkin seeds, raisins and salt together in a bowl.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the nut butter and syrup of your choice.
3. Pour the syrup and nut butter mix into the oat mixture and mix well until everything is sticky and combined. If it’s too dry add a bit more syrup.
4. Press the mixture into a shallow baking dish that you’ve lined with foil or saran wrap.
5. Cover with more foil/saran, press well into the baking dish, and refrigerate for 4 hours.
6. Cut into bar shapes, wrap, and keep refrigerated till ready to use.
7. They will keep for two weeks in the fridge.

Ingredients :
2 1/2 cups rolled or quick oats
1 cup raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 cup raisins
2/3 cups peanut or almond butter
1/2 to 2/3 cup agave nectar or brown rice syrup (adjust based on how well the ingredients stick together)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt (adjust according to which nut butter you are using)
