Chestnut Granola

This recipe uses “toasted chestnut flakes” you can find at Laurent&Magalie. This granola is very crunchy.

1. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients starting with the hazelnut butter and the spices.
2. Heat the mix on low to medium heat for about 10 mn stirring constantly until the chestnut flakes are golden.
3. Pour the granola onto a tray to cool.

1/2 cup (80 g) of praline
1/3 cup (50 g) chopped almonds
4 tablespoons (40 g) of hazelnut butter (or olive oil)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom
1 pinch of mixed spices
1 2/3 cups (200 g) of toasted chestnut flakes
1/3 cup (50 g) of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup (30 g) of sunflower seeds
4 tablespoons (40 g) maple syrup
