All about almond butter

Description and origin :
Almond purée is obtained from almonds (blanched if you want white purée) crushed until they become purée.

Advantages :
A good source of calcium, magnesium and potassium.
It is alkalizing and contains an enzyme that aids the digestion and the assimilation of the nutrition contained in the almonds themselves.

How to use :
Spread on bread as an alternative to butter or jam.
Makes soups and cream soups richer. An alternative to butter in crumble dough.
